but you don't see me

so today i was in the nykerk building to drop something off and i was standing outside the prof's office which is in the hallway with all the practice rooms and of course there were pianos playing and such, but what caught me was someone singing. it was in the room right across from me and it was a guy. he had the MOST BEAUTIFUL VOICE and you could tell he was accompanying himself. so i just leaned against the wall and listened until he finished. the hallways were totally empty b/c it wasn't passing time and it was really really cool. i almost wanted him to come out and catch me spying on him.

i'll never forget that voice. it was a jazzy sorta piece and he sounded so amazing. way to make me swoon. hopefully i'll get to hear him sing again. hopefully one day i'll meet him.
